Women in Tech Scholarships
Working in partnership with the University of Oxford in the UK, and the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands, 15 scholarships will be granted to women looking to further their education and advancement in the technology sector. The grants will equal €500,000 across both university partnerships.
In 2017, employees in the tech department nominated and recognised internal technology playmakers – employees who have either been a role model, or are active in driving diversity within the workplace. We also recently launched an internal mentorship programme, focused on accelerating the development of women employees- developers, designers, data scientists and team leaders – in growing their technical and/or leadership career.
