As one of the largest online travel player, Booking.com is ambitious to grow its business andpresence in China online travel category. Without any doubt, to grow brand presence and loveof Booking.com is an integral part to the overall business success in China. As social media playsan increasingly important role in target audience media consumption cycle, it’s critical to buildbrand presence for Booking.com in major social channels, such as Wechat, Weibo, and Douyin.As the Social platform leader, you will help designing and deploying Booking.com social contentstrategy in China, and content plans & calendars. In addition, it’s critical to help creating anddeploy marketing campaign on social channels in an IMC manner. Last but not least, you will beresponsible to support Booking.com’s social account healthiness and content quality metrics viahigh quality content and right social marketing campaigns.

● Responsibilities:➢ Help developing social content strategy for Booking China’s social media channels,primarily but not limited to Wechat, Weibo, Douyin➢ Detail out annual content strategy to quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily content planfor each of the social channels➢ Lead social content development, including photos, articles, and videos, supported byinternal content creation team, and external social agency and content freelancer➢ Collaborate with other platforms in Marketing, Performance Marketing, StrategicPartnership, Operations, and other functions to help developing and execute marketingcampaigns in an IMC manner on social channels➢ Support Booking.com social account healthiness and social content quality metrics➢ Analyze performance of social media posts and channels supported by Marketinganalytics & reporting team, and further optimize social initiatives 

● Requirements:➢ Passionate for all things about Travel, experience using the Booking.com product isdefinitely a plus➢ 6years plus experience in social media and digital interactive marketing sector,preferably from leading consumer goods or consumer internet sector, or top socialmarketing agencies➢ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields➢ Must be a strong self-starter who is eager to make their mark in a fast-pacingentrepreneurial organization, while effectively prioritizing and executing multiple tasks➢ Proactive, driven, and creative individual with strong organizational skills

➢ Familiarity with using all major social media platforms➢ Strong project management skill and agency management skill, primarily social agency➢ Ability to adapt quickly to new technology➢ Have an eye for design and photography, including keen instinct about what’s on-brandand appropriate for each social platform➢ Must have experience creating content for social media➢ Experience with contests, polls, special promotions, etc. is a plus➢ Natural collaboration and bridge-building skills➢ Must be native in Mandarin and proficient in English➢ The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands on team player
