Thailand Co. Ltd one of the support companies in Thailand is looking for a Senior Account Manager Chains based in Bangkok

As a Senior Account Manager Chains you are part of the Hotels Department and responsible for the contacts with all global and local chains within Thailand. The main objective of this role is supporting BV in optimizing the performance of hotel chains and to assist the local teams in their cooperation with the chains.If you would like to be part of our team, if you think you can make a difference, have a closer look at this job opening in our Bangkok office:

As Senior Account Manager Chains you assist BV with the overall performance of the hotel chains in {Insert Location}. You will advise them how and where to improve results and performance of their hotels. You work closely together with the local Area Managers, Chain Experts, Account Managers and other departments. You will attend tradeshows and travel to the head offices of the hotel chains.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who has strong business, communication and analytical skills to fill this new position in the Hotels Team in Thailand You work (full-time) from our office in Bangkok and report directly to the Regional Manager.



  • Support BV in identifying and establishing good proactive relationships with high level decision makers at hotel  groups / chains and understand and communicate structure of decision making levels to local account managers;
  • Assist BV in building a good relationship and partnership based on common goals and results;
  • Take ownership of actions required from inbound communication from groups / chains;
  • Proactive outbound to reach out to chain partners with opportunities to maximize their performance Deliver quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to BV;
  • Support BV in identifying accommodation from new or existing group / chains to work with;
  • Assist BV in conducting competitor research and analysis on pricing, supply and content in order to improve online proposition;
  • Work with Area Manager on performance of groups / chains
  • Attend tradeshows, workshops and quarterly meetings with the hotel chains.
  • Promote brand name and its online reservation services to hotel groups / chains;
  • Support BV in looking for opportunities to improve marketing and distribution for groups / chains.
  • Providing support to BV by informing the management team and conducting thorough competitor research and analysis reporting in order to gain competitive edge on availability and supply;
  • Support BV in its strategy for availability and supply within Thailand;
  • Provide support, training and updates to local offices on groups / chains;
  • Liaise internally with different departments to identify, recommend and implement improvements to Global Accounts business units;
  • Handle two way communication and project management of new tech roll outs;
  • Share information with and support local account managers in your appointed region.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant function in the hotel or wider travel industry;
  • Excellent communication & business skills;
  • Strong relationship management skills;
  • Accurate and analytical mind;
  • Able to prioritize and plan;
  • Forecasting and management skills preferred;
  • Willing to travel;
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly;
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
