In product management, we focus our efforts on solving real problems travellers face. To achieve that, we are looking for data science-minded Product Manager to join our team. People in this role are empowered to create products which personalize the customer-facing website / apps, products which optimize our availability and customer service handling, or other data-informed products across the traveller journey.
You will work hand-in-hand with your team of data scientists, designers, and/or developers to constantly find and test improvements having high commercial impact. This Product Owner is an experienced leader with significant responsibility, and we will offer you a fantastic opportunity to improve the traveller journey of the world’s largest online hotel reservations website. If you have a strong commercial focus, a solid background in statistics / data science, and experience leading analytics teams, we want to chat with you!
Be the voice of the customer and the driving force behind product innovation from in-depth product understanding to feature development through experimentation.
- Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis.

Ideal candidates will have some combination of the following
- 5 years of experience using analytics to inform product or marketing strategy and tactics
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional analytics teams or in an analytics-based product management role
- A proven track-record of developing products that are powered by machine learning
- Good knowledge of data science / analytics techniques
- Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts)
- Experience making data-driven decisions
- Experience with web analytics software such as Google Analytics is a plus
- Previous involvement with high traffic (50,000+ visitors per day), preferably E-commerce sites is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology and research is a plus
