Role description

The Performance Manager successfully articulates value, inspires, and empowers partners in adopting BookingSuite products. This individual is a trusted advisor and consultant, a person who provides partners with a roadmap for success that will endure long after the on-boarding process. A Performance Manager will be accountable for providing metrics, analysis, industry expertise, and recommendations based on partner revenue management best practices.



  • Foster a positive relationship with a book of business of between 50 – 70 accounts
  • Train new partners on how to best utilize various BookingSuite products to maximize the Partner’s Revenue through their online distribution channels
  • Make recommendations to help partners improve RevPAR performance
  • Educate partners on all revenue management knowledge levels and best practices
  • Deliver performance results and analysis to Partners on a monthly basis
  • Deliver quarterly performance reviews that include pricing strategy, industry insights, and tips for improvement
  • Listen to partner feedback about our products and prioritize feature requests for the Product Team to ensure that we are constantly evolving to meet partner needs
  • Educate a team of digital marketing Performance Managers about Partner Revenue management principles
  • Collaborate with teammates to foster a culture of innovation that drives continuous improvement to our premium services offering
  • Work with other departments (Sales, Operations, Innovation, Product) to ensure partner satisfaction



  • Multiple years of experience as a rate/ revenue manager, hospitality focus preferred
  • Degree from a 4 year university, or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable of hotel technology (PMS, Channel Manager, RMS) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to draw insight from various data and intelligently articulate it back to a client
  • Excellent communication skills with a commercial focus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and support the team outside of job description duties
  • Digital Marketing experience a plus
  • Languages: English; Spanish and/or French a plus
