From tulip stalls to Van Gogh’s ‘Sunflowers’, Amsterdam is known for its love of flowers – and the creativity they inspire. So where better for our newest hothouse of talent to sprout up than opposite the floating stalls of the city’s famous Flower Market? It makes for a great place to work.

Inspired by local graffiti artist (and one-time building tenant) Selwyn Senatori, we transformed a concrete office block into Bloomhouse – a vibrant hub of spontaneous collaboration and off-the-cuff creativity, smack bang in the spirited Reguliersdwarsstraat district.

Designed around murals that the artist left behind, we created new ones as part of the office revamp, to encourage all 380 members of staff – from data scientists and developers, to writers and marketers – to leave their mark on the business.

Check out this photo tour for a behind-the-scenes look at, what we think, is one of our coolest offices in Amsterdam.

First-day nerves? The laid-back décor at reception eases any fluttery feelings.

Street cred: the ground-level espresso bar offers staff-prices, casual vibes and spaces for friendly catch-ups.

Comfy seating areas on each floor encourage informal collaboration, while dedicated meeting rooms are equipped to get straight down to business.

Dish diversity: the in-house canteen serves nourishing meals, suitable for all tastes.

Creative origins: Selwyn Senatori’s left-behind art provided the seed of inspiration for Bloomhouse’s interiors.

Best of both worlds: team areas combine light-filled desk spaces that aid concentration with break-out spaces for brainstorming (or chats over coffee).
