The scenic Queen Anne neighborhood in downtown Seattle is home to our Booking Suite office. Here you’ll find both technical and commercial teams dedicated to providing digital solutions for our property partners. Our architects used a mixture of metal, concrete, and wood elements throughout the space to reflect Seattle’s industrial and tech vibes – and of course, its iconic Space Needle.
Modern warmth: Visitors are welcomed in a sleek reception area – the custom-designed desk is made from a single block of wood.
Around town: For a local, urban feel, featured design elements are inspired by Seattle’s iconic landmarks.
Go team: On big game days, the Commercial Team on the ground floor reps their favorite team with Seattle Seahawk jerseys.
Seaside inspiration: Reclaimed wood features create a classic Pike Place Market atmosphere, and a bespoke “Booking Cafe” sign is reminiscent of the Seattle icon’s neon signage.
Bringing the outdoors in: It’s just like a real autumn day in Seattle, with the Space Needle and orange flowers from the Chihuly Garden in the background.
See the city: If our developers need a coding break, they can just look out the window and enjoy panoramic views of downtown Seattle, Queen Anne Hill and Elliott Bay.
Ready for a break?: Game on! The game room features custom wall graphics inspired by Seattle’s professional sports teams and fans.
Personal touches: Vibrant photos by employees drive the design of meeting rooms – it’s just another way we show pride and ownership of our workplace.
Think outside the box: An open-office culture is encouraged – that means no cubicles and full-length glass meeting rooms.
