If you have product management experience in a web-based company, our PO role could be right up your street. As Product Owner in our Amsterdam Headquarters, you’ll be bringing a data-driven approach to product innovation along with a team of designers, developers and copywriters. Collaborating with so many people means you’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment. Technology Recruiter Kieran Dodd also gives this word of advice: “When building great products, make data-driven decisions and put the customer at the forefront of your thinking”. We’re specifically looking to grow in the areas of transport and attractions, so you can look forward to driving products relating to the full traveller experience – from car hire to city tours and more.

Customer Service Guest Specialist – Norwegian
Amsterdam, the Netherlands

If you’re a natural problem solver who likes helping others, customer service is a perfect way to put your skills to use. Our Amsterdam CS hub is an award-winning office and this summer, we’re hiring a Guest Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English. Sound like a good fit? Here’s what Recruiter Linda Szedo has to say about the role: “Our ideal candidate has a strong customer focus combined with a high level of empathy and quick problem-solving capabilities. In order to thrive in our fast-paced multicultural environment, it’s key to be goal driven and collaborative.”

Software Developer & People Manager
Amsterdam, the Netherlands

As Software Developer & People Manager, you’ll be leading a development team of 5-7 people in our 1800-strong Tech department. That means you’ll be responsible for tracking their personal growth as well as drawing from an extensive technical background to make effective business decisions. “My advice would be to make sure you do your research about the company: the values, work culture, the technologies, etc. This will help you understand better what is expected from a developer at Booking.com and prepare better for interviews”, Recruiter Viktoriia Katenkarii explains. “Also, practise doing different coding challenges and take advantage of all the preparation materials and information you are provided throughout the process by the recruiters.”

Customer Service Guest Executive – Korean
Seoul, South Korea

We’re also looking for a Guest Executive based in another of our new CS offices, in the buzzing Korean capital Seoul. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Korean and English, have strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. In return, you can expect “a strong work-life balance, flat structure and opportunity to grow”. Recruiter Sol Park highlights the importance of this work-life balance – “I always tell new hires that as we expect them to come to the office on time, we also expect them to leave on time as well.”

Site Reliability Engineer
Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Aurelien Arnoux, Sourcing Recruiter, sums up this exciting role perfectly: “As a Site Reliability Engineer, every day will have new challenges. If you like to solve very complex infrastructure problems then this is the role for you. Your day will be split between backend coding, as well as building, operating and maintaining one of the largest systems in the world. You will be joining a fast-growing department of very talented, friendly and international people. You will quickly make a direct impact on our current migration from monolith to service-oriented architecture, working with cutting edge Opensource technologies like Kubernetes and NGinx, helping build internal tools like our custom-built load balancer on top of HQProxy or our Envoy-based Service Mesh. You will be given full access to our production environment and ownership of the full systems lifecycle.”
